Wedding Day Production

Adrienne Marie ~ Weddings & Design will produce your Wedding Day including the following services:

  • Unlimited vendor referrals whereas AMWD will provide the client vendor names and numbers for unlimited categories
  • Two (2) hour wrap up meeting with the bride two (2) months prior to the wedding
  • Contract review of all vendor contracts
  • Timeline preparation
  • Establish vendor payment calendar
  • Site-Inspection with professional floor plan to confirm layout to your specifications
  • Arrangement of any additional rentals needed for your wedding
  • Follow up calls the week of the wedding to confirm all the vendors
  • Distribute necessary timelines to all vendors
  • One (1) Day of Assistant (weddings over 150 may require more at additional charge)
  • One (1) hour at the rehearsal
  • Up to eight (8) hours on the wedding day

Comprehensive Wedding Production

Consultation through the entire planning process, which is ideal for working couples, out-of-town couples, as well as any couple that needs help through the process. This package includes, all services listed above PLUS the following:

  • Budget Preparation, Monthly Budget Tracking and Follow Up
  • Unlimited vendor procurement (negotiating contracts, pricing, details, etc…)
  • Establish and Track Planning Schedule
  • Calls, follow up and negotiation to all vendors throughout the planning process
  • Planning from the start of the planning process to its completion

Comprehensive Wedding Production and Design

Consultation through the entire planning process with the enhanced element of design. We will sit together and brainstorm your ultimate vision and it is our job to pull together and make your vision come to life. This includes all of the services listed above PLUS:

  • Create your vision on paper
  • Assemble design team and establish overall proposal
  • Assist with proposal negotiations and approval
  • Conduct necessary design team meetings
  • Monitor that design team is on track on a monthly basis
  • Wrap up meeting with Design Team
  • Design Implementation

Wedding Design

Creating the vision. If you just want someone to help you create your vision, we can help you. This would include only the design elements from above package and would not include any of the other planning elements offered in previous packages.

A La Carte

We will be able to assist with any part of the wedding specified by the client, which is ideal for clients who need a little extra help. Includes, but is not limited to, vendor referrals, budget preparation, research, etiquette questions, vendor appointments, errands request by the client, guest welcome baskets, and on site consultations. Hourly Consulting can be added to any package or by itself.
